Janina's career spans local government finance, logistics, storage and transport, kiwifruit packaging, and entrepreneurial ventures, including manufacturing, wholesaling, and large-scale property development.
Janina thrives on helping businesses unlock their full potential. By combining strategic planning, financial analysis, and proactive change management, she guides companies through critical transitions, turning challenges into opportunities.
Her expertise in revitalizing operations, empowering teams, and enhancing profitability has consistently delivered sustainable growth for my clients.

Outside of work, Janina recharges in Hervey Bay, spending time with family, dancing, swimming, or cycling - moments that fuel my passion for tackling the next business challenge.
